idealamps Return Policy: Simple, Seamless, and Stress-Free

At idealamps, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that ordering online can be challenging, especially when purchasing high-quality, investment pieces. To help you make the right choices, our team of customer service and design specialists are ready to answer your questions and offer guidance before and after your purchase.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged during return transit, our team will evaluate the condition and refund an appropriate amount based on its state. A damage fee starting at 25% of the purchase price may apply. If the item is deemed unsalvageable, a refund may not be possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable):  If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at support@idealamps.com to arrange the exchange. We will provide you with details on where to return your items.

Cancellations:  Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no charge. Between 24-48 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to our final sale policy.

Missing or Damaged Items During Delivery: Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify the delivery driver of any damaged or missing items. You have 48 hours after delivery to report any issues to us. The driver should note any damages or missing items on the delivery receipt.

Cancellation of Backorder Items: Backordered items can only be canceled within three days of placing the original order. This does not apply to custom-made pieces. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, please contact us. Please note that if you cancel a back-ordered item to place a new order at a promotional price, your originally ordered item will no longer be reserved, and the new order may be fulfilled later than the original order.
