Shipping Time
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, in-stock items are delivered within 15 to 20 days of your order.
Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary based on your location. After payment is approved and the shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number you can use to monitor your order until it arrives at your door.
Faster Delivery
We can offer to expedite the shipment with DHL or FedEx. Please obtain a quote from us before you order. Options include but are not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. Delivery times vary between 3-15 days worldwide, vary based on your location.
Non-Deliveries/Returned Delivery
If nobody is home when our courier attempts to deliver your item, a notification shall be left to re-arrange delivery. If delivery is missed again and the item is returned to us, you will be liable to pay delivery charges again.
If the customer decides that they would like a full refund instead, a refund can be issued only when the returned parcel is received, and the original postage costs to send the parcel will be deducted from the purchase price.

Who pays the import duties and VAT?
In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances, especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork. Please be aware that each destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods imported into the country before import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
