Beautiful Piece of Art at a great price and excellent customer service ![User picture]()
I was hesitant to make such a large purchase from a company overseas but I’m so glad I did! I saved thousands of dollars compared to the amount I would have spent at a name brand store for this fixture and it is such a beautiful statement piece over our dining room table! The customer service has been great as well. The company sent photos of the boxes before shipping them and they are very professionally packaged and secured in wood crates for the long trip. We did have a few broken pieces upon arrival but they are sending replacements free of charge which is fantastic. The instructions are definitely lacking and the photo online doesn’t show some of the detail on how the crystals are installed. I thought each glass tube would be a different length but they actually include small black chains of varying lengths to hang the inner tubes from, so all the tubes are the same size. You’ll need to get creative with how you position and mix in the varying lengths as well and the black metal tubes to make it look random. The dimming capability is excellent as well.
