This was my first time ordering from Idea Lamps and the product and service were excellent. As promised the chandelier arrived in a timely manner. I had some challenges with the installations because I already had an existing fixture box under my ceiling paneling that I needed to use and Idealamps went above and beyond to accommodate me with making a custom cover in order for me to use what I already had tin place. The customer service were always prompt. I would definitely recommend them.
